GenCan't 2022 Virtual Game Jam

Nonepub is proud to announce that they will be hosting a virtual game jam this weekend in conjunction with GenCan’t. Suzanne reached out about hosting one next year and we decided even at the last minute that we could make it happen this year!

The event will run Thursday August 4 through Sunday August 7 2022 beginning with our Kick-Off Panel at 8pm EDT. Our hosts will reveal the ‘rules’ of the game jam and give some insight based on their experience. We may even throw in a last minute wrinkle for all of you.

Sunday we will have our Recap show where anyone who wants to submit their ideas can do so and the judges will discuss them during the live show. We may even have some of you on the panel to discuss your experience over the weekend.

‘But I’m not a game designer!’ I hear you say… That’s exactly the point! The goal isn’t to have a fully completed game, but to have fun and stretch your creative skills. How you interpret the rules is just as important as what you come up with.
